It is reported through Sportsnet.ca that Detroit Red Wings Centerman Henrik Zetterberg has been traded to the Toronto Maple Leafs for a 2019 1st round pick a conditional 2nd round pick and Nazem Kadri.
Zetterberg is on his final year of his 5 year contract he signed back in 2012. Zetterberg brings a Stanley Cup Win and a much needed veteran presence to a young squad in the Maple Leafs. In return, the Red Wings get a developed, primed and proven Centerman in Nazem Kadri.
