Orange County Sheriff Deputies have began a manhunt for an Asian male known only by the alias Ragga Selah. Monday October 30th, 2017, Deputy Chris Dollar smelled a sharp aroma of marijuana. He approached, then unidentified, Ragga Selah whom he identified as the source of the fragrance. Directing Ragga to extinguish it, the suspect bent down in what appeared to be him extinguishing it on the sidewalk, when suddenly he rose with a sharp knee to Deputy Dollars secret regions. As the Deputy fold in obvious pain on next to his cruiser, Selah escaped by diving into Lake Holden. If anyone sees this suspect, do not confront, he is regarded as a lethal weapon. Please call emergency services immediately.
