Jack Foley native of Liselton, Ballydonoghue, County Kerry was arrested In the early hours of last Saturday morning (Oct 29th) for what Gardaí described as " shameful conduct " . The 19 year old came to the Gardaí's attention after leaving a pub where it is believed that "Chopter" was holding a 21st.
