It is well known that in Kentucky Family Courts the father doesn't stand a chance of getting 50/50 or greater custody of his children unless the mother is proven to be severely unfit such as an illegal drug user or a stripper. However resident Steve Fuchtover accomplished a rare win with an unorthodox argument which stunned the Judge Ginny Nepatis.
"Well, when I saw the case wasn't going my way, obviously due to me being a man, then I decided to tell and show the whole truth." It was then Steve removed his penis from his pants and showed it did not extend any further from his body while flaccid than his ex-wife's 4 inch labia did. Steve then claimed his gender fluidity stating, " I'm only truly a man when I have an erection which is usually early in the morning before waking. At all other times I'm a Butch Dyke attracted to women."
Judge Nepatis said, "Being the social justice warrior that I am, how could I argue with him?" She immediately gave Steve 50/50 custody of his children at all times except between the hours of 4am and 6am. As Judge Nepatis stated, "Between 4am-6am Steve is a man and that's very dangerous to the children."
