A 30 year old man was found by a visitor who stayed at Hi Way Motel, the visitor complained of hearing very strange sounds in the room while they were the only people in there. The visitor was too scared to sleep in the room, so they called the police, saying hearing sounds, and asking for someone to come and take a look at the room. What the officer was horrified, to see a man around his 30's dressed as a clown, and eating a family of dogs, all stabbed with an old pocket knife found in the man's pocket.
