After watching the 2016 Presidential debates, All alien contact with earth has been cancelled due to the obvious immaturity of the species. Monitor satellites will be left in place to continue studies but all direct contact is banned.
The modelling industry is in crisis as a large selection of past and future models have vanished. Some have refused to leave, stating marriage and breeding program requirements of not leaving till children are 18.
