A study done by the House Judiciary Committee proves the aroma of stirred dough can cause dementia like symptoms, pseudo-forgetfulness, and can make the victim of dough vapor poisoning repeat lies constantly until the subject is proved beyond a doubt to be untrue, then swear her (or she) never said the falsehood, or that what was said didn't mean what it meant. The addition of yeast to the dough seems to buffer the effect, bakers of bread are totally unaffected, while yeast free cookie dough is the most heinous offender.
