A judge on the Ninth District Circuit shot down President Trump's ceremonial pardoning of a turkey, prior to Thanksgiving. Judge Robert Lipshitz ruling stated that the President lacks the Constitutional Authority to pardon a fowl. The ruling also called for the immediate execution of the said pardoned turkey.
The Trump Administration has filed an emergency appeal to this decision.
