The decision has been made at high levels of government that all liberals will be required to re-locate to three northern states, the states are to be determined at this time. The left will be allowed to implement any laws or ordinance they chose regardless of federal law. This is a national social experiment, the federal government although will not rescue the states if they reach economical failure. The required move of all left wing citizens will occur no later than January 2019.
