20 Save a Lot Store locations will be closing at the end of 2017. The stores are located primarily in the East Texas area. It appears a local man named Scott Whitley has buying large numbers of huge cucumbers, bananas, summer sausages and jars of vaseline and the stores can't keep up with demand. In order to find out the reason Breaking News left a message to Whitley. Calls have not been returned as of press date.
