CLARENCE, IA - Law enforcement authorities are offering few details after raiding the home of a Clarence, IA man suspected of operating an eastern Iowa prostitution ring. Just days after three members of the St. Louis Cardinals baseball team were arrested in Davenport on solicitation charges, new information led investigators to arrest 44-year-old Thomas Ketelsen. Iowa DCI, cooperating with federal authorities, have offered little comment, but did confirm Ketelsen will be facing multiple charges all stemming from the recent investigation. Ketelsen is expected to make an initial court appearance in Cedar Rapids on Monday.
