Atlanta- In an announcement certain to send shockwaves throughout the aviation industry, today UPS announced that it would be opening a 747 crew base at Saint Pete–Clearwater International Airport.
UPS CEO David Abney was quoted as saying, "If we are going to remain viable we'll into the 21st-century, it is imperative that we keep our top employees satisfied."
