Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu is calling for the removal of the Great Sphinx of Giza, which depicts Pharaoh Khafra who reigned over 26 years of Israelite slavery, ca. 2570 BC. "The Sphinx was not only built to honor an Egyptian slave master, but was also built by the slave labor of the Israelites. It's a monument to Israelite slavery", Netanyahu said.
