SEPTEMBER 20, 2017 - In an agreement today between the NHSC, the attorney generals of several states, and Fiat NA, owners of Chrysler/Dodge/Plymouth pick up trucks between 2007 and 2009 are entitled to a $1000 refund for faulty front end repairs. Fiat NA, which bought Chrysler/Dodge/Plymouth in 2014, will take a charge of $32.7 in their forth quarter earnings to fund the settlement. Fiat stock (FCAU) is down 2 in after hours trading.
