RCMP announced today at a press conference that drivers with the first name of Samantha will join longer be allowed to drive and will have their driver's license suspended immediately.
Captain Spaulding of K division RCMP was quoted as saying "I dated a girl named Samantha - and she shouldn't have been allowed to drive, so now I am enacting this new law to prevent anyone named Samantha from driving!"
Black minivans will also be banned from public roads.
