At Renegade News, we may now reveal the inside workings of the UN. In particular, the actions during President Trump's speech.
There are 193 countries that make up the UN general assembly. It's sometimes hard to believe, but as configured- Djibouti (joined 1997) has as much authority as Germany (joined 1973, dropped out or something before and during WW2). But we know and they know it's not like that. And some of the ones appointed by their countries don't really take it too seriously and they sure didn't take it too seriously while POTUS was speaking.

We obtained file film of the session and jacked into the headphones they all wear and found the following from some nation's actions during President Trump's speech. In no particular order:

Cuba: was asking by text if he could slip outside and smoke a cigar.
Kazakhstan: drawing Devil horns on a picture of Borat
Mexico: was trying to find the height of the proposed wall, so they can start building ladders 1 foot taller
Togo: was texting to find out why there's a fast food place with their name. Attempted to place an order for the sake of irony - since the food chain has more sales than the GNP of the country
Georgia: watching a replay of last yrs Superbowl (we could be wrong on this one)
South Africa: watching the movie District 9. Wondering how all that happened without her knowing about it?
Monaco: ordering a smoking jacket and one of those one-eyed glasses thing that's named after the country from QVC.(we might be wrong on this one too)
Russian Federation: playing Tetris on his Gameboy
Romania: texting about having a Count Dracula day. Or at the very least, a Count Chocula day.
Germany: staring at his watch and wondering if Hitler mustaches will ever be cool again, Michael Jordan used to rock one.
Switzerland: bored with the whole thing, because they're not going to do anything for anybody
China: using E-Trade to buy Apple stock. Thinking about building more cities to be empty
Japan: thinks they got a bad rap over Fukushima, planning to move to the other side of the world.
Democratic People's Republic of Korea:

That's all we have so far, we'll update as we can.
