It is a known issue worldwide, and the Citizens of Moral and Ethical Code of Conducted Living Council is set to represent any disgruntled married person or "commonlaw partners" that have been victims of infidelity and have made contact with the other party--- only to have the blatant activity continue without respect or positive action to amend the victim's situation. This means the married person cheating and any or all involved that willingly cheat, you WILL be prosecuted and the victim will get substantial compensation plus cause an obvious stain on any records of criminal activity you may or may not already have And, repeat offenders: there is a third strike mandatory jail time clause to deter this unethical and plain wrong way of living in society. This is in the works for actually making unmarried, yet long-term couple's have some rights for these type of hard lesson activities. Hopes are high for the marriages to seek counseling to truly resolve any issues long before marriage or to deter any infidelity-- and by no other options, help a divorce go smoother and transition better with the emphasis on healing all involved before any unforgivable actions are witnessed or acted upon.
