With record low ticket sales for the past two years they are hoping that a fresh start in a new city will reinvigorate their fans. Our source also noted that Portland is on the list due to it's milder temperatures and friendlier citizens. NFL executives refused our request for an interview and deny comment on the matter until details can be worked out and a decision is made.
