Man arrested in Houston during hurricane Harvey for defacing a confederate general's statue

Man arrested in Houston for defacing a confederate general's statues, says Houston sheriff deputy Bubba Hickman. Hickman states he patrolling when he was alerted by local alligator farmer Rufus Tufus, that the nearby confederate landmark was under attack. Hickman caught the crime in progress and subdued the vandalizer, then swam them both back to his squad car. The suspect is being held a a local red cross shelter with no bond.
