On Monday, the Chattanooga Police Department announced that the local Chattanooga bathhouse known as Chateau Chandelier had been shuttered in the wake of a three month vice investigation. Owner Darren Caputo, 31, was not charged with any criminal offense but was cited for a regulatory offense concerning lack of dong size amid multiple complaints to authorities concerning Chateau Chandelier's famed "3 inches or your money back!" advertising campaign.
