Residents of Reed Hollow Road have been complaining of strange sounds sometime after 3 a.m. They claim to have heard, what is described as, cackling and howling. Most of the residents have also claimed to have seen, when they went outside to investigate, bright lights, that they have described as being, almost like a large spot light coming from the sky, darting about quickly. Police have informed the residents to be cautious, and to stay indoors and pay no attention to the sounds or lights, until their ongoing investigations have turned up with results and evidence.
