One of Kim Jong Un's Military plans to launch a nuke on 17th was leaked. The government cannot stop it, however, they are planning to launch missiles at Korea also. All buildings within 25 Miles will be destroyed according to Nuclear expert John Green who works at the National Department of Defence.
