San Diego , Calif. (KABC) -- A San Diego County woman won more than $172 million from a Powerball ticket she purchased from a liquor store in Imperial Beach, Calif.
According to a California Lottery press release, She originally thought she won more than $172. She browsed the internet and eventually figured out her numbers won her the multi-million-dollar prize.
The retailer will receive a bonus check of $8,373 for selling the ticket.
