Deputy Files Law Suit Over SMART Water

Jerry Preston filed a law suit against Glaceau, the distributor of SMART water, on the grounds that it does not actually make you smarter. According to information obtained by TMZ from the law firm representing Preston, Dewy, Cheatum & Howe, he decided to take legal action after again falling for a Fake News story distributed on FaceBook.
In his complaint Preston states that it is not enough just to be hung like a horse, he wants to be a freaking genius too. He claims that SMART water gave him false hope of impressing the ladies with his intellect without having to resort to dropping his pants.
