A strange turn of events at a state dept lunch when President Trump seemed angry with a State Dept official and responded to a question. It wasn't what Trump said that is so alarming, it is how he said it. He spoke in Russian.
Three State Dept officials have video of the incident and have told Trump via official channels that unless Trump resigns by July 20th they will release the raw video.
