Boulevard resident breaks his hip chasing goats on his property. There old Jedi stated that the goats were no longer responding to his telepathy commands so he reverted back to corralling them the old fashioned way, when he fell down a hill. "Stupid goat!". Muttered Tim Klem as he laid helpless with his pants around his ankles. Obviously the force is week with this one.
