Restaurants throughout Houston have banned the use of that famous chocolate dip that is used in making chocolate dipped ice cream cones. Gone forever are the scrumptious dipped cones you loved so well. Sadly, a local bus load of band members just found out about this as they placed an order for over 60 cones. The band members decided after their disappointment to leave the ice cream shop. No further information was given as to why the dip is not going to be available any longer.
