Johnsonburg, PA resident Jonathan Johnson lives to grow. Pumpkins, corn, squash, sunflowers, you name it, he has grown it. With years of the same old stuff Jonathan asked himself "How can I make this different... and better?" The idea hit instantly; Growing a pumpkin inside pumpkin inside a pumpkin. Three pumpkins in one... Literally. After trying unsuccessfully for 3 years he decided to rethink the approach. "Last few years I tried extra water, dog poop, and feeding the soil eggs for extra protein. This time I'm going back to my 'old school' methods except I stuck a little seed inside a medium seed and pit that into a large seed. Time will tell... it'll either work or it's back to the drawing board". Jonathan's methods have been noticed by the National Leaf-blowers Association and is described as "a crazy awesome idea" in their monthly newsletter. If the methods yield expectations this could be groundbreaking in the world of horticulture and would certainly put the "Paper City" on the Map. "WE need this", says Mr. Johnson.
