Kathy Tarver, of Rusk, Texas was arrested yesterday for repeated attempted murder. The attempts came to light yesterday after a large magnet was discovered in a pond near her home. The magnet was strong enough to pull any tractor, lawnmower or small car that ventured near the pond to be pulled in.
Several occasions of near misses on Ross Tarvers' life had previously been attributed to bad eyesight, too much alcohol, and bad luck.
Mrs. Tarver will be arraigned on Monday in Circuit Court and she is currently being held on $2.00 bond, which Mr.Tarver refuses to pay.
