Authorities called to a scene of a car accident on the Coal Rd in Stuarts Draft Virginia July 17th .
Driver admitted to speeding on the Forest rd around 7pm in the evening when from out of no where a 7 foot tall dark hairy biped came running out of the tree line when the driver hit the creature head on and totalled his vehicle.
Police , fire & rescue arrived to scene . Sergeant Don Williams made a phone call to the Virginia game and Inland fisheries and staff arrived to Investigate and came to realize the creature was still a live. The creature is now in custody and no outside personal may witness the creature until further data is released.
