Recently published in the American Medical Association Bulletin 12.101, researchers concluded a 3 year test on Pizza Consumption. There were 954 participants in the study. 500 were allowed to eat the pizzas of their choice as many times a week as they wanted. 250 were restricted to pizza once a week, and the remaining 204 were fed a pizza placebo, a pie made of gluten free, wheat free dough with imitation fat free cheese and vegetable based meat substitutes. There was no limit on how often they could eat these pies as long as they ate one at least once a week.

Monthly blood tests tracked results for three years and the findings contradicted traditional thought and advise. There was NO effect on the cholesterol levels or weight gain between any of the test groups! Conclusion; Eat all the Pizza you want and worry not!
