Overnight police officials in San Jaun, Mexico released information on the arrest of Heather Shaffer of Bozeman, Montana. Police stated that three bodies dressed in strange rave style costumes and the smell of marijuana were dumped off a chartered boat.
When Police officials confronted Shaffer, Shaffer stated that the bodies were friends and that in an altered state of mind had asked to be buried at sea. Police are now investigating and it is unknown when Shaffer will be charged. The US Consulate in Mexico has been notified.
