In a shocking plea for assistance, and surprising show of self-awareness, President Trump suddenly announced to the media today that he felt he required mental health intervention.
"I find myself muddled....I make poor decisions, and have no filter. I need a team of physicians that can help me focus on myself and our countries priorities rather than a twitter feed."
White House staff, unprepared for the Presidential statement, have no comment at this time.
Sources say he will begin treatments as early as this afternoon.
