JKL Santa Rosa LLC accepted Santa Rosa County's offer of $850,000 to potentially buy 19 acres on Avalon Boulevard as a possible site for a new county courthouse.
Santa Rosa County Administrator Charles 'Lucky' Luciano.said JKL accepted the county's offer within the last week.
