Jack Moser, of Leadwood, Missouri, was arrested Sunday night at a truck stop in Potosi after he offered oral sex to an undercover officer.
Locals had placed numerous calls in recent weeks about Moser trying to solicit them for crude homosexual acts.
Moser is being held on 10,000 dollar bond, but claims he does not wish to be released so he can put his rare talents to work.
