Local battle rap host Tino Valverde, is the the so called "battle rap king" as he is know throughout this tight lip society. Tino Valverde is not a battle rapper though and his lyrics are straight garbage, but that doesn't stop him from hosting such events throughout the greater Bakersfield area.
