Jason Chen, a 12-year-old attending MS67 is killed by a serial killer that is still currently on the loose. Detective John Argow says, "This serial killer is on the loose and I just want to say to be prepared." Detectives are doing everything to try and catch this murderer on the loose. They say this method is consistent with the pattern of the famous NYC killer from ages ago, the feared Son of Sam.
